We recommend that the best way to get all of your vitamins and minerals is through a balanced diet. Supplements should only be of assistance if the dietary intake is inadequate. We may have different nutritional requirements to function at our best. It is recommended to read through the ingredients and benefits of our current Naturies Products to find the right one to suit your nutritional requirements.

Everyone is different depending on your age, your general wellbeing or whether you have a health condition. It may take days, weeks, or months for you to receive the full benefit from our products

We recommend storing our products out of direct sunlight in a cool place below 30°. Once opened our products should be kept upright and used within 6 months.  

All of our products are formulated and designed in New Zealand. Our ingredients are sourced from the trusted local and international suppliers.

We recommend checking with your primary health care adviser before use.

Some dietary supplements are best taken with a meal, while others are best taken on an empty stomach. As such, we recommend referring to the product label for use of direction.

We recommend that our products be consumed within the time period stipulated on the packaging.

In today’s busy world however, there are times that your diet may be lacking due to increased need or perhaps poor lifestyle choices.

If for any reason you do not receive your order within the targeted delivery time, please contact us within seven days of the date of dispatch of the order.
We are happy to accept returns if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product you have purchased online, provided the purchase was made within the last 7 days, the product is unopened and in original condition and the product is eligible for return.
Please call us on ……? Monday-Friday between 9:00am and 5:00pm to arrange your return. If we are not able to answer your call, please leave a message for us to return your call. Naturies will not be liable for the loss of any item being returned. We recommend using tracked delivery when returning a product. Items that are damaged during the return transit due to inadequate packaging will not be eligible for refund.
We will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act and any product which is faulty, damaged, expired or which causes an allergic reaction can be returned at any time for a full refund, including the cost of shipping.
If for any reason we do not have a product in stock, you will be contacted as soon as possible to advise you of the delay in delivering the product.
