How do I choose the most suitable Naturies product for me?
The best way to get your vitamins and minerals is through a balanced diet, and supplements can help when dietary intake is inadequate. Read through the ingredients and benefits of each product, browse by need on our products page, or contact our team for a recommendation.
What results can I expect?
Everyone is different depending on age, general wellbeing and any health conditions. It may take days, weeks or months to receive the full benefit of a product.
Can I take Naturies products if I have a medical condition or take medication?
We recommend checking with your healthcare professional before use.
Should I take supplements with a meal?
Some supplements are best taken with a meal and others on an empty stomach. Please follow the directions on the product label.
Ingredients and storage
Where does Naturies source its raw ingredients?
All of our products are formulated and designed in New Zealand. Our ingredients are sourced from trusted local and international suppliers.
How should I store my supplements?
Store out of direct sunlight in a cool place below 30 degrees. Once opened, keep products upright and use within 6 months.
Can I take supplements after the use by date?
We recommend using our products within the time period stated on the packaging.
Orders and returns
What if my order does not arrive?
If you do not receive your order within the expected delivery time, please contact us within seven days of the dispatch date.
Can I return a product?
We are happy to accept returns of eligible products purchased within the last 7 days, provided the product is unopened and in its original condition. Contact our team to arrange a return.
